FAQs

All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges.

Advance ticketing and reservations are always recommended as our shows do sellout. You may purchase tickets at the door but we cannot guarantee there will be any seats left available.

When purchasing tickets online, please make your selection very carefully. Tickets purchased for the incorrect day or time cannot be exchanged for a different show date or time.

We are now contactless. When you arrive to the club simply give the name your reservation(s) is under with the card used to purchase your reservation to the podium attendant and you and your party will be seated in the showroom. No physical ticket is required and no tickets will be sent to you.

In the event that a show is canceled, we can only issue refunds back to the original point of sale. If we are unable to issue your refund back to the original point of sale, your ticket purchase amount will be credited for any upcoming show of your choice.

The only way to ensure you have a seat in the showroom is to pay for your reservation. We cannot “save” seats for any patron; those who’ve paid for their seats have priority.

All acts and show times are subject to change. Shows vary by comedian and day.

Everyone must have valid ID to enter. Show times are subject to change. As a general rule, doors open 1 hour before show time for the first shows each day and half an hour before show time for the second shows. Seating time may also change, dependent upon the duration of the previous show.

Tickets are sold by table.

We seat 4 people per table. If your party consists of less than four people, there is a possibility that other people may be sat with you. To ensure an entire table is reserved for your party, please purchase the whole table. This is the only way to guarantee you will not be sat with another party.

To be seated together, your party must purchase together in one singular transaction. If you purchase multiple tables of 4, please use the contact form on our website after completing your purchases to request the tables be assigned near each other. Our ability to do this is not guaranteed, however we will do our best.

  • Purchasing tickets from our official website is the easiest way to avoid any of these potential issues that could cause you to overpay or not be able to attend the event.
  • By following these tips, you can help to protect yourself from the risks associated with third party ticket resellers.
  • There are a number of reasons why you should be careful to avoid third party ticket resellers.
    These include:
  • Tickets may be counterfeit. Counterfeit tickets are often made to look very similar to real tickets, but they are not valid. If you purchase a counterfeit ticket, you will not be allowed into the show.
  • Tickets may be overpriced and third party ticket resellers often charge much higher prices for tickets than the face value.
  • Tickets may not be delivered when you buy from a third party, and there is always a risk that you will not receive the tickets you purchase from a reseller.
