About the Artists:
Sam Adams
Cleveland Ohio native Sam Adams is best known for giving crowd pleasing, energetic comedy performances. At age 49, Sam ended a distinguished career in newspaper journalism and began performing standup comedy full-time. That decision was made after he’d won prize monies at the 2009 Great American Comedy Festival. In 2018 the “True Color” video clip from Sam’s first Dry Bar Comedy special received more than 10 million social media views in less than 72 hours. Since, the “True Color” clip has amassed more than 35 million views on Facebook alone. Before the move to comedy Sam Adams spent parts of five decades covering sports for print and electronic media outlets based in Denver, Colorado. Sam’s media peers elected him Colorado’s Print Journalist of the Year in 2003. In 2019 Sam became the first African-American sports journalist to be inducted to the Denver Press Club’s Hall of Fame — the oldest press club in America.

Andrew Rudick
Andrew Rudick is a nationally touring stand-up comedian, writer, and actor. One of the fastest rising comedians in the Midwest, Rudick has been featured on “The Bob and Tom” national radio show and his comedy can be heard regularly on SiriusXM. He just released a Dry Bar Comedy Special, “Cheer Up.” His debut comedy album opened at the top of the Apple Music charts and his Comedy Dynamics special “Not A Boy, Not Yet A Man” is available on Amazon Video.
Combining Midwestern charm and high-energy absurdism, Rudick’s stand-up is a frequent hit both on stage and across social media. His videos have amassed tens of millions of views and garnered him over 100,000 followers across social media platforms. Rudick’s relatable energy earned him an appearance on HGTV’s Design Fails. He has shared the stage with some of the best comics in the world including Nikki Glaser, Mark Normand, Kyle Kinane, Christopher Titus, Chad Daniels, and his big sister Leah Rudick, to name a few.
Rudick was a featured performer at Limestone, North Carolina Comedy Festival, Alternating Currents, Whiskey Bear, Let’s Fest, Crossroads, Brew HaHa, and Devil’s Cup Comedy Festivals.
