About Rod Paulette, Patrick Keane, & Derek Richards
Rod Paulette started off training to be an actor, majoring in theater at Columbia College, where he received his degree in Directing. However, while in school, Rod was bitten by the standup comedy bug and after a brief stint in advertising, countless open mics and bad advice from friends, Rod finally hit the road to pursue his passion...and hasn't looked back. For over a decade, Rod has made his living as a professional comedian, touring clubs and colleges across the nation. He has appeared on "Evening at the Improv", Showtime's Comedy Club Network, and both Comedy Centrals "Short Attention Span Theater" and "Premium Blend". Since moving to Los Angeles in 2000, Patrick has appeared on Comedy Central’s ‘Live At Gotham’, the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, the Bob and Tom show, Comics Unleashed, the Montreal Comedy Festival and is a regular at the Improv and Comedy Store in Hollywood. He was also a cast member on My TV Network’s "Tony Rock Project". (the white guy).Originally from the Midwest, raised in Orange County, college in Montana and a three year stint in Asia make Patrick Keane a comedian with a background. Why college in Montana? Football scholarship. Why Asia? To get away from football. Derek Richards' act is fast, fresh, and at times, fanatical. He brings the funny with tales about his blue-collar upbringing, his mom's dog, the holidays and dating an exotic dancer.A veteran of several USO tours, Richards was chosen as one of the first performers at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba after the base began guarding jailed Al-Qaeda terrorists. The comedy tour earned Richards national coverage in Newsweek. He also has performed at U.S. base camps in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait and Africa. You can hear him on the air via the XM Satellite Radio Network and on the nationally syndicated, Bob and Tom Show along with Bob and Sheri. He was also featured on The Weather Channel's Top 10.
